Hello everyone!
How have you been?
I've got a bunch of good news to announce in here...
First, the case of the t-shirts displaying a copy of my artwork and distributed by Primark is now solved!
After a lot of letters, e-mails and phone calls, the manufacturer and myself settled on an amiable argument. The remaining shirts have been destroyed, and I got compensation money for the ones that had been sold.
This whole deal has been the source for a lot of stress for me... but I'm happy I didn't let it go. Firstly, because it's important for everyone not to say "that's how it works, there's nothing we can do about it". Proof is, we can! And secondly... well, it's my own little selfish revenge against the people who said behind my back that I should stop being such a whining b*tch about this issue and that I should just suck it up, and related comments and insults (these people know who they are).
Secondly, I got interviewed last December by a Taiwanese reporter who also came to my home shoot my works and my "working area" (read: my dinning table). The interview has been published in a small book about Parisian artists and designers that was released last week. It's in Taiwanese, so I doubt many people can actually read, but here are the first two pages of the interview (four pages all about me - I'm so flattered!). You can even see a small glimpse of my face.

And thirdly... My art was displayed at a convention for the first time ever last week-end! It happened at Marscon, you might have seen my work there if you dropped by. I'm sorry I didn't mention it before the con - I've been very busy for the past few weeks, I just couldn't find the time. Thanks to the wonderful =mistressofspam, I'll have the opportunity to show my artwork in (hopefully several) conventions in the US during the year.
I command you to go and hug =mistressofspam, because she's taking really good care of me, and is generally awesome (you HAVE to be to cope with my stupid questions!).
That's all for today... see you later!

Devious Comments
And yes =mistressofspam is total awesome, even when she's tired andcranky...

That's all really fantastic! ^^
I'm especially happy to hear about the Primark thing being sorted out though!! And you were even compensated! That's really awesome.
